The Beauchamp Guest House is available for overnight rentals and longer term lodging needs. 

 

As an alternative to traditional bed & breakfasts, it is conveniently located 1 mile outside of Winnsboro, Texas city limits, nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas.

With a King size bed and pull-out sofa which sleeps 1, this comfy guest house is available for 1-3 adults. It is a non-smoking facility. Guests may smoke outdoors on patio only. It is equipped with a full kitchen, oven, microwave, both Keurig & drip coffee makers, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils/dishes. We have recently added a Washer/Dryer combo as well. Complimentary coffee provided. Living room has satellite TV and small dinette set. Separate bedroom features a Sealy Posturepedic King size bed, small desk & chair, cedar chest to set suitcases on, and closet.

The bathroom has a pocket entry from the bedroom and a standard door entry into the living room. It has a sink, toilet, and over-sized shower.

• No pets allowed at this present time.

• Check-in time after 3:00 PM.

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 

• No parties allowed. 

• Current rates are 99.00 per night. Weekly and monthly rates are available.

• Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before reservation date. After that, deposit is forfeited.

• State & Wood County hotel/motel tax rate of 13% will be added.
